Refund policy
When we refund, when we cannot, and how to ask.
Last updated 26 July 2026
The short version
If the software genuinely does not work as described and we cannot fix it, tell us within 7 days and we will refund you. If it works and you changed your mind, we cannot — you already have the source code.
Why digital source code is different
The moment your payment clears you receive the complete, unencrypted source code. Unlike a physical product, that cannot be returned or un-delivered. This is why we would much rather answer your questions before you buy, and why the demo exists.
When we will refund
- The product does not do something we said it does, and we cannot make it work
- A defect prevents you from using it, and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time
- You were charged twice for the same purchase
- The purchase was not made by you
When we will not refund
- You changed your mind, or bought the wrong edition without asking first
- You do not have the technical ability to install it, and declined our paid installation service
- You wanted a feature that was never claimed — please check the demo and feature list first, or ask
- A third-party service you rely on changed its pricing, terms or approval rules
- You broke your own installation with modifications
How to ask
Email us, or open a ticket from your account, within 7 days of purchase. Tell us what is wrong. We will try to fix it first — most refund requests turn out to be a configuration problem we can solve in a few minutes. If we cannot solve it, we refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
What happens to your licence
A refunded licence is revoked. Any installation using it stops working at its next licence check, and you must delete the source code you received.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and locks the conversation into a formal process, when an email would usually have sorted it out.
