What we collect
When you buy, we collect your name, email address, and any phone number, company name, country or tax number you give us. Our payment providers handle your card details — we never see or store them.
When your installation checks its licence, we record the purchase code, the domain it runs on and the IP address of the request. This is how licensing works and how we spot copies being shared.
When you contact us or open a ticket, we keep the message so we can help you and refer back to it later.
Why we collect it
- To deliver what you bought and give you access to downloads
- To issue a valid invoice, which tax law requires us to keep
- To provide support
- To verify licences and prevent unauthorised use
- To tell you about important updates to software you own
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the providers we need to run the business — payment processing, email delivery and hosting. We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Licence check logs are pruned automatically after 90 days. Support tickets are kept while your licence is active.
Cookies
The public pages of this site set no tracking or advertising cookies. A session cookie is set only when you sign in to your account or start a purchase, and it exists purely to keep you signed in.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. We will do so unless we are legally required to keep a record, as with invoices. Contact us and we will respond.
Your own customers
Bringo runs on your server. Data your customers give you stays on your server, and we have no access to it. You are the data controller for your own business, and responsible for your own privacy policy.
