Buying and licensing

Is this really a one-time payment?

Yes. You pay once and the licence does not expire. There is no monthly fee and we take no commission on your orders. The only ongoing costs are your own server, and any third-party services you choose to switch on.

What does “full source code” mean?

You receive the complete Laravel backend and all three Flutter app projects, unencrypted. You can read every line, change anything, and build the apps under your own name and icon.

How many websites can I use one licence on?

One production domain per licence, unless you buy the agency edition. Development and staging sites — anything on localhost, a .test or .local address, or a staging. subdomain — never use up your slot, so you can run a test copy alongside the live one.

What if I need to move to a different domain?

Release the old domain from your account and activate the new one. You do not need to contact us. If an installation has not checked in for 30 days its slot is freed automatically.

Do I need a developer?

To install it and publish the apps to Google Play and the App Store, yes — or you can buy installation as a service from us. Running the business afterwards does not need one: nearly everything is a setting in the admin panel.

Are updates included?

Every future version is included at no extra cost. Your support window covers help with problems; updates themselves never expire.

What happens after my support period ends?

Nothing stops working and you keep receiving updates. You simply cannot open new support tickets until you renew.

Can I get a refund?

Because you receive the complete source code the moment you pay, a purchase cannot be un-delivered. If the product genuinely does not work as described and we cannot fix it, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right. See the refund policy.

Do you charge tax?

Indian buyers are charged GST where applicable and receive a proper tax invoice with your GSTIN. Sales outside India are an export of services and are zero-rated.

Can I sell the finished product to my clients?

With the agency edition, yes — it includes white-label and client-build rights. The extended edition covers products where your own end users pay you to use it.

Installing and running it

What do I need to host it?

Any server or shared hosting with PHP 8.3 and MySQL. A basic VPS is plenty to start; you only need something larger once order volume grows.

How long does installation take?

The web installer walks through requirements, your licence, the database and your first admin account. Half an hour if your hosting is ready. Building and publishing the mobile apps takes longer — budget a day for both stores.

Do I need Google Maps and Firebase?

Yes, for maps and push notifications. Both have free tiers that cover a new business comfortably. The documentation walks through creating each project.

Can I change the design?

The colour scheme is a dropdown with 16 presets, and can differ per module. Beyond that you have the source, so anything is changeable.

Will it work in my language and currency?

Yes. Add any language and translate it from the admin panel — the website and all three apps update without an app-store release. Currency, tax and invoice formats are all configurable.

Support

What does support cover?

Installation help and fixing genuine bugs, for the length of your support window. It does not cover writing custom features or teaching general programming — though we do offer customisation as a paid service.

How do I get help?

Open a ticket from your account here. Everything stays in one thread with your licence attached, which is faster than email for both of us.

How quickly do you reply?

Usually within one working day. Complicated problems can take longer, but we will tell you what is happening rather than going quiet.
