Regular licence

Use it to run your own delivery business. Your customers use the apps and the website free of charge, and you earn from orders, commission, delivery fees and the other revenue features built into the platform.

Extended licence

Everything above, plus the right to build a product where your own end users pay you a fee to access it — a subscription, a licence, or any other charge for access rather than for goods delivered.

Building sites for clients

Each client installation needs its own licence, on its own domain. There is no bulk edition — if you are planning several, contact us and we will agree terms with you directly.

What no edition permits

• Reselling, redistributing or sublicensing the source code, modified or not
• Publishing the source code anywhere public, including a public repository
• Sharing your purchase code
• Creating a product whose main purpose is to compete with Bringo itself

Moving to a different domain

Open a ticket from your account asking us to release the old domain. Once we have, you can activate on the new one. There is no limit on how often you move and no charge for a release; it is handled by our team rather than automatically so that a move cannot be used to run one licence on more sites than it covers.

If your licence is revoked

A licence revoked for a refund, a chargeback or a breach of these terms stops working at the installation's next licence check. You must then stop using the software and delete the source code.
